SENDING ME YOUR ULTRASOUNDS
High-resolution photos or scans will give us the best quality print. Please refer to these instructions prior to uploading or emailing me your image.
PROOFS
Proof approvals are required. Artwork will not be printed without your approval first.
The turnaround time for proofs begins once I receive all required information/files. Please check the shop banner for current turnaround times.
PRINTING & SHIPPING
My professional printing lab has business hours from Monday to Friday. The estimated turnaround times for production are:
Small Prints: 2-7 Business Days
Large Prints (16x20, 20x24): 4-8 Business Days
Framed Prints: 6-12 Business Days
Canvas Wood Wraps: 6-9 Business Days
Standout Prints: 6-9 Business Days
Acrylic Blocks: 7-10 Business Days
Gallery Boards: 5-9 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
Only Prints, Digital Items and Gift Cards may be purchased at this time.
Due to the cost of shipping prints, I am happy to also include a digital file that you can have printed locally! Client/Recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs, duties and taxes. Please see KMD's shipping policy for more information.

Kel was amazing! She was very quick and easy to communicate with. There were a lot of changes made to my print and gave me multiple options to choose from. I got my print in about a week. Kel was absolutely amazing to work with! I wanted something a little different of our sweet twins we lost and she was willing to customize however I wanted. The day I emailed my ultrasound pics she had a proof back to me and then it was printed and shipped the very next day! Insanely fast turn around time!
