ORDERS

Yes! We provide a digital proof of your custom artwork for your review and approval before it goes to print. This allows you to make any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product.

The turnaround time for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. If you have a specific deadline or special request, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Currently the turnaround time for proofs are:

  • Ultrasound & Embryo Art: 24 Hours
  • Hand-Painted Ultrasound & Embryo Art: 48 Hours
  • Baby Shower Art: 24 Hours
  • Footprint Art: 24 Hours
  • Pregnancy Announcements: 24 Hours
  • Baby Loss Announcements: 24 Hours

After I receive your proof approval, your design will be sent to my professional print lab. Below are the estimated production times:

  • Prints: 2-4 Business Days
  • Mounted Baby Shower Prints: 3-5 Business Days
  • Mounted Art Stands: 2-4 Business Days
  • Framed Prints: 6-8 Business Days
  • Canvas Wood Wraps: 2-4 Business Days
  • Standout Prints: 3-4 Business Days
  • Acrylic Blocks: 5-7 Business Days
  • Keepsake Boxes:4-6 Business Days
  • Gallery Boards: 3-5 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated times. If it looks like your item will be delayed beyond these estimates, I will notify you by email.

Additionally, please take into account the shipping times as well, especially if you need your piece in time for a special event. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-10 Business Days
  • 2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days (available at checkout)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day (available at checkout)

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 11-20+ Business Days

If you don't have your ultrasound image ready to upload at the time of ordering, no problem! After completing your purchase, you can reply to your email order confirmation with your images attached.

If you find yourself torn between two images for your artwork, don't worry! During the ordering process, you can upload both images and include a note at checkout or send me a message indicating that you'd like assistance in deciding. Alternatively, if you'd like assistance in choosing the best option before placing your order, you can email me both images, and I'll be happy to help you choose the image that best suits your design.

If you'd like to see proofs of both images to help you decide, I can certainly accommodate that. However, please note that there will be an extra fee for each additional proof beyond the first one. Feel free to reach out with any questions or specific requests you may have!

Certainly! If you'd like proofs using more than one of your ultrasound/embryo images for your artwork, I'm happy to accommodate your request. However, please note that there is a nominal fee for each additional proof beyond the first one. Simply leave a note at checkout or send me a message after ordering, and I'll provide you with mock-ups for each image you'd like to consider. SHIPPING

All products are shipped using USPS International Shipping, which will then transfer to a local delivery company when it leaves the US. Orders should be estimated at 11-21 business days for arrival.

If your item happens to get lost in the shipping process, don't worry! Please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I'll promptly investigate the issue for you. If necessary, I'll arrange for a remake of your item and ensure it's reshipped to you without delay.
